How long does a repair take?
Express repairs (screen and battery on common models) are done in 30 minutes to 2 hours. Standard repairs usually take 24–48 hours, and motherboard repairs between 3 and 7 days.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer repair warranties from 3 months up to 3 years, depending on the type of repair and the quality of the spare part chosen.
Do you repair every model?
We repair all the major brands: Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, Oppo, Motorola, Vivo and Realme, among others. If your model isn't listed in the booking assistant, just get in touch.
Are the spare parts original?
We work with original and high-quality compatible parts. For every repair we show you the available options with their price and warranty.
What if my phone has water damage?
Water damage requires an in-store inspection so we can diagnose the real extent of the problem before quoting a price.
Do I need an appointment?
It isn't essential, but booking online secures your slot and makes sure the spare part is available on the day of your visit.

How long does a screen replacement take?
If the screen is in stock, a screen replacement on most models takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours. If it needs ordering, it usually arrives the next business day.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
No. Our repairs don't erase your data: photos, apps and contacts stay on your phone.
